Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through an inquiry, including names, contact details, wedding preferences, timing, guest-count range and the message you submit.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, prepare recommendations, provide requested travel services and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that host this website and support our business operations. When you engage Alux Travel, additional suppliers may receive information necessary to arrange travel.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences. We measure public page visits and accepted inquiries without sending inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or wedding messages to Google. We retain landing-page, referral and campaign context with your inquiry to understand how you found us.

Personal resort collections

On collections that offer activity sharing, you can choose to share the time a collection or resort page was viewed with your planner. You can change your choice in Activity preferences on the collection. We keep these page views separate from Google Analytics. Your planner can also see when you submit your questionnaire.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry information for legitimate business purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, email enquiry@gowithalux.com.
